eugene onegin

tchaikovsky opera directed by robert hawkins, for cambridge university opera society. set in 1920's russia: costumes based on the paintings of rodckenko, malevich and stepanova. staged in west rd, 40 person cast and a load of handmade costumes. alice brightman + amy murgatroyd + india ayles all helped w/ making.

midsummer night's dream

modern/somewhat abstract staging of the shakespeare play with the european touring group. the first big thing i worked on - directed by gareth mattey. lots of strange, handmade costumes.
