agnes cameron is a technical consultant and researcher based between new york and london. she currently works for the Knowledge Futures Group, developing tools for open data curation and sharing as part of the Underlay project.
her interests include experimental simulations, distributed knowledge and non-human forms of intelligence and communication. she comprises 25% of the research studio FOREIGN OBJECTS
she is a graduate of the viral communications group at the mit media lab, and has a master's in information and computer engineering from the university of cambridge. in the past, she has worked on holograms, self-organising systems and inflatable sculptures, and even put some things on the blockchain.
she has taught web programming at parsons school of design, and hunter college.
